Matthew C. Ercolani, M.D. is a fully trained Board-certified urologist. He is a Fellow of the American Board of Urology and the American College of Surgeons. He served as the Director of Robotic Surgery at Venice Regional Bayfront Health for 6 years and started the Robotic Surgery Program at Englewood Community Hospital in 2016. He is the co-chairperson of the Robotics Steering Committee at Blake Medical Center. He currently holds active privileges at 4 local hospitals in the area. He is also the owner and founder of Elite Robotic Surgical Consultants LLC, a company that provides robotic urology surgical services in underserved areas across the Western United States. Dr. Ercolani is a member of the American Urological Association, American College of Surgeons, Alpha Omega Alpha, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, the Endourological Society, and the Society of Robotic Surgery. He previously served as a board member for the Sarasota and DeSoto Chapter of the American Cancer Society for 2 years and remains active in that charity. He has published more than 20 articles and abstracts in the urologic and radiologic literature. Every year, he attends academic urology meetings around the world to keep his finger on the pulse of the latest advances in urological surgery and patient care and maintain working relationships with the best urologists in America and abroad.
Jordan Luskin MD, MS
Dr. Luskin grew up outside of Baltimore, MD. He went to Emory University in Atlanta for his BS in Neuroscience and then went to Tulane University in New Orleans for his MS in Neuroscience. He attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC for both Medical School and Urology Residency. Prior to coming to Elite Urology, he practiced Urology in Montrose, Colorado, near Telluride. His interests include SCUBA diving, hiking, fly fishing, and skiing. He has a son, Sam, and a daughter, Alice.
Dr. Luskin’s areas of expertise include robotic surgery, minimally invasive treatment of prostate enlargement including UroLift and HoLEP, treatment of incontinence, and sexual dysfunction.
Elina S. Belilovskiy, MSN ARNP
Elina was born in Gomel, Belorussia, but grew up in Central Russia. She received her nursing degree at Ufa College of Nursing and subsequently continued her medical education as a Medical Doctor (MD) at Bashkir State Medical University, Ufa, Russia.
Elina, and her family, immigrated to the US in 1995 and settled in Boston, MA. At that time she started the process of becoming a nurse practitioner. She was awarded her Masters in Nursing (MSN) in 2000 with her ARNP to follow in 2001. Elina Belilovskiy completed her degree at Regis College in Weston, MA. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine (NACC). She is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Elina practiced as ARNP in Internal Medicine and Woman’s Health in Norwood, MA for 5 years prior to moving to the Sarasota/Venice area in 2006. She opened the “UROCARE Center for Bladder and Pelvic Health” in 2006 based on her special training and interest in incontinence and pelvic floor therapies for both men and women. While practicing at Urocare, Elina has continued to advance her education in the area of Women’s Health with a special interest in wellness, nutrition, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. Elina has received special training in Urodynamics Testing, which is an integral diagnostic tool in understanding and management of various types of bladder dysfunctions in men and women.
Elina has been working with Dr. Ercolani since 2011. Elina is offering to her patients a personalized non-invasive approach to their common urologic and pelvic floor disorders with an emphasis on counseling/education, pelvic floor therapy, pessaries, PTNS, hormone balancing, and other treatment modalities, as well as general urology.
Elina lives in Sarasota, FL with her husband of 21 years and 3 daughters. She enjoys yoga on the beach, swimming, cooking with her daughters, and multiple cultural events that the Sarasota area has to offer.
Arin Stephens, PA-C
Arin Stephens is a certified physician assistant that joined Elite Urology in August this year. She is originally from Austin, TX, and got her undergraduate degree in Biology from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. She has Masters degrees in Public Health and Physician Assistant Studies from The University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX. She comes to us with 3 years of prior urology experience in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is conversational in American Sign Language and is taking classes to learn Spanish. Having recently moved to Florida, she also enjoys spending time at the beach.
